**Refunds are available only if an order is incorrect on the account of 3Generations of Perfection.  

REFUND POLICY

Please contact us to resolve/report any problems.  Sorry, but we can not accept returns or exchanges of food items due to food safety reasons.  Please have receipt or order information available for proof of purchase when calling to report the problem with your order.  Credit card refunds will be issued within 4-5 days.  Cash payments will be refunded within 2-3 days. 

REPLACEMENT OF ORDERS

*We value our customers and our products that we deliver to our customers.  We make sure that every order is securely packaged to ensure that the order arrives properly.  We ask that you look at your delivery and address any problems within 2 days to ensure a quick resolution to the problem.  Please have receipt/ order information available for proof of purchase when calling to report the problem with your order.  Any cakes, pies, and cobblers that are delivered smashed or broken on the account of a 3Generations of Perfection's packaging error, we will provide another  of the same product free of charge within 1 week.  We do apologize if any error occurs.
